				FLexam Pro-Fit 4000 The Flexam Pro-Fit 4000 is the newest version of routers, with adjustable halogen lightfor optimal sight inside and outside, a variable frequency regulated speed control up to 4000 revs/min and an triple emergency quick stop. The machine is equipped with an one-hand changeable flexible arm for its dust extraction. This arm is self fixating in any position. The router is entirely viblation free because of the variable speed of the motor and the solid frame. This is perfect for working with a wide range of materials. The unit can be connected to an external dust extraction system. Due to rapidly closing dust extraction channels, it is easy to choose where the suction capacity has to be present.

		Infra red Oven
				This infra red oven is equipped with an optical temperature measurement system combined with an adjustment control system. This system reads out the warmth of the product surface and warms up with the adjustment control system. In this way, the temperature remains consistent. There is no need to preheat the oven so that a minimum energy consumption is possible. - PID-controller, continuously variable from 30ﾟC to 250ﾟC

		This grinding machine is especially developed for the production of lasts. The pneumatic scouring roll left has its own dust extraction channel, which has been fitted especially for sanding large last on the scouring roll. This means that not only the fine dust particles, but also the larger ones, are perfectly extracted. Additionally, this model features a small and large scouring belt(40mm+100mm) and a numkeag/bims with motor. Because of the belt distance of 450 mm, the machine offers plenty of scouring room, even for the larger models. The bayonet connection on the right has its own dust extraction channel. This Flexam sensor is far more reliable and accurate in comparison with the much cheaper infrared sensor.

		ADDS Automatic Dust Dividing System Above a sanding belt band an air outlet is placed, that blows downwards on your work / hands. Because of this, the person who works on the machine will be much cleaner, because the air wall is separating the user from the dust particles. It automatically starts and stops when the sensor is activated.

		Vacupress 620 S-Ⅲ Unilock automatic Cool Tec
				The vacupress 620 S-Ⅲ is a complete vacumate machine. For the heating of plate material, there are infra Quarts elements included. Rapid response of Quarts elements combined with the reflective screens provide a fast processing time. The grid below the elements is height adjustable and can be turned away(180ﾟ) till above the heating elements. The 620 S-Ⅲ has a COOT-TEC system that shortens the processing time. For the clamping of foil or walkmat, the 620 S-Ⅲ features the unique UNILOCK system. This system is with one arm controllable and requires no adjustments for the use of different material thickness.

				The quarts heating lamps provide a well-spread heat over the material and is controlled with a timer.

		On this picture you can see that you can deep draw foils over complete lasts. An other function is the EASYPREG function, whereby carbon is positioned over lasts or plaster moulds. Also, this unit is very suitable for making orthotics(insole)
